Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to everyone who visits our website, creates a SkaleFunding account, purchases a challenge, or contacts our support team.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, country and password (hashed).
  • KYC data: government-issued ID, date of birth, address, and a short verification selfie/video.
  • Payment data: transaction references, wallet address (for USDT), UPI ID and amount paid. We do not store full card details.
  • Trading data: orders, positions and performance metrics on your simulated accounts.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, session cookies and log files.

How we use your data

  • To create and operate your account, dashboard and trading credentials.
  • To verify your identity (KYC) and meet our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
  • To process payments, refunds and profit-share payouts.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and violation of trading rules.
  • To provide customer support and send important service updates.
  • With your consent, to send marketing about new challenges, features and promotions โ€” you can opt out any time.

Legal basis

We process your data based on: (a) the contract we have with you when you use SkaleFunding, (b) legal obligations such as AML/KYC laws, (c) our legitimate interest in running and improving the platform safely, and (d) your consent (for marketing and optional cookies).

Who we share data with

We only share personal data with providers who help us deliver the service, and only what they need:

  • Identity verification (KYC) providers.
  • Payment and crypto-payment processors.
  • Cloud hosting, analytics and email delivery providers.
  • Regulators, tax authorities or law enforcement when legally required.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may be located outside your country. When data is transferred internationally we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure we keep records for the period required by AML and tax rules โ€” typically five to seven years โ€” and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you may request to:

  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your data (where we are not required to keep it).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.

How we protect your data

We use industry-standard security controls: encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, activity logging and multi-factor authentication for administrator accounts. No system can be 100% secure, so please help us by protecting your login credentials.

Children

SkaleFunding is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
