Refund Policy

You can request a full refund of your challenge fee within 14 calendar days of purchase, as long as no trades have been placed on the account. This applies to all account sizes and evaluation types.

When you successfully complete the evaluation and receive your first profit-share payout on a funded account, your original challenge fee is refunded in full alongside that payout. This is our way of rewarding disciplined traders.

• Trades have already been placed on the account (outside the 14-day cooling-off window).
• The account was terminated for breach of the Terms & Conditions or trading rules.
• The account was terminated for KYC or AML reasons.
• Add-ons such as account resets, swap-free add-on, or discounted upgrades — these are non-refundable once activated.
• Payment gateway fees (e.g. network fees for USDT withdrawals) are not refundable.

• USDT (TRC-20): refunded to the same wallet address, minus the network fee.
• UPI: refunded to the same UPI ID / account used at checkout.
• New payment methods will follow the same “refund to original method” rule.

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Crypto refunds may arrive faster; bank/UPI refunds depend on your bank's processing time.
