SkaleFunding (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online proprietary-trading evaluation platform. We give traders the opportunity to demonstrate skill on simulated accounts and, on successful evaluation, offer a funded simulated account with profit sharing.

By creating an account, purchasing a challenge, or otherwise using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Refund Policy, AML Policy and KYC Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use SkaleFunding.

• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts.
• You are not a resident of a country subject to international sanctions or a jurisdiction we cannot serve.
• You are the sole user of your account and are not using someone else's identity or funds.

All SkaleFunding accounts — evaluation, funded and instant — operate on simulated (demo) capital. No real market orders are placed with any broker on your behalf, and no client funds are deposited with any liquidity provider. Profit share payouts are made from our own operating funds based on the simulated performance of your account under our rules.

• Each challenge has published rules (profit target, daily loss, overall loss, minimum days, leverage). Rules displayed at the time of purchase apply to your account.
• Breaching any rule ends the evaluation for that account. You may buy a new challenge at any time.
• Funded accounts share profits with the trader up to the percentage shown on the challenges page (up to 90%).

Challenge fees are shown before purchase and are charged in USD (or the currency your payment provider converts to). We currently accept USDT (TRC-20) and UPI, with more gateways added over time. Fees may be refundable under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, trading passwords and payout wallet details safe. Do not share your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Suspicious activity should be reported to us immediately.

• Copy trading between multiple SkaleFunding accounts, group hedging, or coordinated trading with other users.
• Exploiting demo-server latency, price feed errors, or any technical issue not available under real market conditions.
• Using automated strategies (EAs, bots) that were not disclosed or that violate the challenge rules.
• Providing false identity, source-of-funds or KYC information.

Breach of this section may result in account termination, cancellation of pending payouts, and refusal of future services.

The SkaleFunding name, logo, website, dashboards, reports and all supporting content are owned by SkaleFunding or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or resell them without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid to SkaleFunding in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

We may suspend or close an account if you breach these Terms, breach challenge rules, fail KYC/AML checks, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page and, where practical, notified by email. Continuing to use SkaleFunding after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration in Dubai unless local law requires otherwise.
